Such a random post of mine.
Hey Guysss!Just a random post!

I'm really bored so yeahhh. xDD

I'm currently reading a manga at MangaFox . They finally added 4 new chapters in Gakuen Alice! xDD I'm happy \:D/ But a bit worried coz of the homework >.>

Oh yeah,about Swine Flu...BE CAREFUL,'kay? (; Always have a bottle of hand sanitizer or alcohol and always wash your hands (: Sorry,I'm just worried xDD lolz.

Our school gave us some reminders on Swine Flu...

HOW CAN I PROTECT MYSELF FROM GETTING INFLUENZA A(H1N1) FROM INFECTED PEOPLE?

-Avoid Close Contact with people who are unwell an who have fever and cough.
-Wash your hands with soap and water frequently and thouroughly.
-Practice good health habits including aequate sleep,taking nutritious foods,and keeping physically active.
-Avoid touching your mouth and nose.
-Practice proper coughing etiquette. Cover your mouth and nose with disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing. Esnure to dispose of the used tissue properly

WHAT DO I DO IF I GET SICK?


If you feel unwell,have high fever,cough or sore throat:

-Stay home and keep away from work,school or crowds.
-Rest and take plenty of fluids. Drink 1 glass of water or juice every hour.
-Cover your nose when coughing and sneezing. If using tissues, make sure to dispose of them properly.Clean your hands immediately after with soap and water or cleanse them with alcohol 70% or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
-Use a mask to help you contain the spread of droplets when you are around others.
-If possible,consult your family physician.
